These Terms of Service govern your use of squishytoys.co and purchases from SquishyToys. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store terms

You must be the age of majority in your location, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site or place an order. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

Product information

We work to describe products, variants, colors, sizes, packaging, and pricing accurately. Sensory toys may have small batch-to-batch differences in color, finish, texture, packaging, or presentation. Products marked assorted, random, mystery, or surprise do not guarantee a specific color or character unless the product page provides a selectable variant.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit an order where information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or stock cannot be fulfilled. Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, duties, and delivery fees are shown where applicable.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from US inventory or an overseas backup fulfillment warehouse. Typical delivery is 4-10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, demand, inventory location, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Opened sensory toys may be ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

Website copy, original graphics, branding, layout, and other content created for SquishyToys may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party product names, trademarks, and imagery belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, tracking, analytics, fulfillment, and other service providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with site security, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, infringe intellectual property, or use the Services to violate law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. SquishyToys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
